"Personally, I told my wife to cancel our policy with Michele and State Farm. We had a roof issue after a storm. Water was pouring down our walls. We called 3 roofers and all 3 said the wind and storm damage caused issues. I called our insurance company and they said "well, you need to do whatever is necessary to prevent further damage to the home.. if you need to have repairs done make sure you take pictures and document it all". So we called one of the roofers back and asked if they could make repairs and they said no, not spot repairs, some of the damage was where the shingles were right up against the chimney and in other places the water had gotten in and softened the underlayment. The only right way to do it was simply to replace the whole roof to prevent further damage to the house". So we had them replace the roof and take pictures of damage. $8,000-$10,000 later we had a new roof. I called this insurance company and ASHLEY said "oh you did the work before our adjuster got to see it? Unfortunately we probably won't cover that.. and if you file a claim, even if it gets denied they will probably raise your rates". So we had to take out a bank loan and eat the cost of this roof because our insurance company wouldn't cover the roof even after we did exactly as we were told. And now, guess what, they raised our rates. I can't wait till we're done with this company."

"i am so tired of watching my wife cry because these people. i can not wait to leave this company and no longer have to deal with Ashley who is bringing my wife to tears after every single phone call. they deny everything, they make you jump through hoops then tell to you didn't jump high enough or didn't jump correctly. I am so Mad, you have no idea!"

"Like all the rest, im sure anything less than a 5 star review will be removed. We've been a long standing customer and State Farm has yet to cover any claim. Even when we follow their instructions as to what to do after damage occurs, they tell us our claim will be denied. and they say its our fault."

"Michele and Ashley have been the best agent team I’ve ever dealt with. Incredibly professional, attentive to my needs and understanding. They’ve answered every question I’ve had on and off phone with no judgement (this is my first time getting my OWN insurance and calling many places for quotes). Michele got me everything I needed and set me up so seamlessly. No stress in her office! When we bought a new car I had to add my fiance to my insurance and Ashley was QUICK with precision, allowing us to take the car home the same day since he was able to be insured! The whole process literally took like 10 minutes with just a quick phone call and submitted information online. Cannot recommend them enough, super happy with my choice to trust Michele"

"About a year ago, I switched to State Farm because they offered a more competitive rate, plus their customer service is phenomenal! I currently use them for auto, as well as homeowners insurance. I mostly work with Shannon at Michelle Jacobs office and she's the best!!! She makes insurance understandable, plus calls/texts/emails me when anything changes. Many of my friends also use Michelle as their State Farm agent and no one has ever had a problem. I only have great things to say about Michelle and Shannon! Thanks for being the best "insurance people" I know!"
